Our coffee station has Complimentary K-Cups of various seasonal flavors. Summers have the Margaritaville flavors! We also have a coffee grinder, pour over coffee maker, and filters.Oooh...is that a convection toaster oven?! :)

Bedroom 1 has a full bed, largest of the second floor bedrooms.
All closets are spacious and have extra pillows and hangers for you to use.
All bedrooms have 4K 60" SMART TVs.
Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and each includes a Pepe picture or decor of some kind.
Each bedroom also has an alarm clock with USB charging outlets for your devices and a digital thermostat so each room can be individually climate controlled.
Every room has individual split systems and ceiling fans to help keep the warm as cold or as warm as you like it!
Full bathrooms have large sinks, extra storage, full tubs, showers, with fancy shower heads. Each bathroom sink contains a first aid kit, extra toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

House boasts two fireplaces, each has fireplace tools, will contain a load of firewood for your use, and basement has a bucket for easy clean out before check out. ((Guests are required to clean out fireplace after they use it before they check out))

Added some LED candles to living room, den, & master bath to help the ambiance. We don't allow REAL candles to be burned as it is a serious fire hazard but lately guests have been burning our decorative candles. So this is a safer alternative.
